PRIVACY NOTICE
Clear about the information you share.
This notice explains how Solvra Digital handles personal information submitted through the website and private audit process.
LAST UPDATED 3 AUGUST 2026
Who we are
Solvra Digital is a trading style of SOLVRA GLOBAL LTD, registered in England and Wales under company number 17060600.
Registered office: 27 Coronation Avenue, Padiham, Burnley, England, BB12 7BT. Privacy enquiries can be sent to privacy@solvra-global.com.
Information we collect
When you contact us or request a website audit, we may collect your name, work email address, company name, website address, likely project investment, the information you provide about your project and campaign attribution details attached to the page URL.
Our hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information and request logs to deliver and protect the website.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to assess your request, review the website you identify, respond to you, prepare a proposal where appropriate, prevent abuse and maintain business records.
Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a secure service, and consent where you choose to allow non-essential analytics or advertising measurement.
Who receives it
We may use trusted providers for website hosting, form delivery, email and—only after permission is given—analytics or advertising measurement. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.
We do not sell personal information. We do not add website-audit requests to a marketing newsletter unless separate, specific permission is requested and given.
International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we use providers and contractual arrangements intended to provide an appropriate level of protection for international transfers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry information is generally retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a client relationship begins, a longer period is required for legal or accounting reasons, or you ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
Our selected form-delivery provider may temporarily retain submissions for delivery, security and recovery purposes in line with its service terms.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Contact privacy@solvra-global.com to exercise a right or raise a concern. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies and tracking
The core website does not need non-essential tracking to function. If analytics or advertising measurement is configured, it remains off until you make a clear choice. Your preference is stored in your browser so the site can respect it.
No non-essential tracking is currently configured.
